Awesome location next to lake Rotorua. 5-10 minutes drive to the city. Manager was helpful and informative. Highlight was the nearby Hamurana springs which has delightful walking tracks built onto it. Value for money!

Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the shower was powerful and it looked like the toilet and sink were new. The motel has a great location in a cul de sac so is very quiet. It is right on the lakefront and there’s a lovely walk all along the lake right outside the front door.  This will be our go-to place when we want somewhere to stay in Rotorua!

Location – just next to the lake, amazing views! Very friendly and helpful owner, we got great tips and even a discount for our Rotorua thermal wonderland visit! Wi-fi was free and fast! Well equipped private kitchen and nice shared BBQ. Clean private bathroom and comfortable bed. We had such a great time here, would have loved to stay longer!

Nice location and lake view. Should come on a Sunny day with friends . It would be nice to relax at the lake front and having BBQ. Was right on the lakefront and 2 bedrooms were separated by the common room. It was clean. Quiet at night so peaceful and decent price for 3 people!
